Job Description

Driver / Materials Coordinator Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Driver / Materials Coordinator to support daily operations by transporting materials between warehouse locations and job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Deliver parts and materials to field technicians at job sites Transport and restock inventory at storage units and remote locations Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in designated storage areas Track inventory levels and assist with parts coordination via email Communicate with internal teams to ensure technicians have necessary materials Maintain accurate records of deliveries, transfers, and inventory Keep storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Load and unload company vehicles as needed Conduct physical inventory counts of storage units and service vehicles Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug/alcohol testing) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around petroleum products Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation and Benefits 10 Paid Holidays Flexible Time Off 401(k) Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.
