ENTRY LEVEL GENERAL LABORER

Pay $20-23/hr in Anoka, MN. All Shifts Available What You'll Do Wash and prep metal parts before painting Load and unload parts on the paint line Hang parts on racks and remove finished products Learn powder coating (spraying paint on metal parts) Inspect finished parts for quality Help with general production tasks Follow safety rules and keep your work area clean What We're Looking For 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable with physical work and standing for long periods Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Experience with painting or powder coating is a plus (training provided) Why This Job Training and growth opportunities Pay increase after 90 days and again upon permanent hire Tuition reimbursement Clear path to lead or supervisor roles Work Environment Large manufacturing facility Fast‑paced and physical work Not temperature‑controlled (warm in summer) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.
