Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Laborer will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our projects through teamwork and diligence. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople as needed in various projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
