Weatherization Crew Worker

Minimum Requirements:

The Crew Worker is required to install, under instruction of the Lead Crew Worker, devices and materials to reduce the infiltration of air and the loss of heat through the exterior of eligible dwellings. They will assist the Lead Crew Worker in organizing job sequence. This position performs energy conservation measures to homes as delineated in the work orders. A variety of manual and power tools are used in job functions. Work to be performed in all climatic conditions. The Crew Worker will assume the duties and responsibilities of the Lead Crew Worker in the absence of the Lead Crew Worker at the direction of program and Agency supervisory personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, twisting, climbing ladders and lifting required equipment.
• Valid Driver's License
• Favorable background check
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Experience in residential construction is helpful, but not necessary.

$20.63 - $26.30 per hour
