Foundry Laborer:

Perform pressure pour tender duties, converter truck driving, and additional melt tasks as required Assist melter and assistant melter with furnace operations, operational maintenance, and deslagging Help perform refractory repairs on furnaces, ladles, spouts, and related equipment Assist during furnace coil changes and refractory relines Operate cranes to meet production requirements Monitor quality, mechanical, or delay issues and notify supervisors as needed Use downtime productively by completing housekeeping and area improvement tasks What You Need to Bring to the

Foundry Laborer Role:
