Job Summary Join our dynamic fabrication team as an Entry Level Fabrication Shop Laborer! This exciting role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing and metal fabrication. You will assist with various shop floor tasks, supporting the production of high-quality metal components and assemblies. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a desire to excel in manufacturing! Duties Assist with material handling using equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes to move steel, raw materials, and finished products safely and efficiently Use hand tools, grinders, torches and tape measures Learn to read shop drawings for fabrication and welding Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience No prior experience required; however, familiarity with basic math, blueprint reading, hand tools, and mechanical concepts is a plus Ability to operate or quickly learn the use of forklifts, overhead cranes and fabrication tools Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in manufacturing processes and fabrication technology Basic understanding of metal work or previous exposure to manufacturing environments is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on your manufacturing journey with us!
