Foundry work is very hot and dirty so a background in uncomfortable conditions is a plus. You will work around furnaces burning 2000 plus degrees and will work around a lot of moving parts, a firm safety background is important. If you have not worked outside or are uncomfortable in the heat, this is not for you, you will not last long. Currently looking for Machine Operators, Furnace Tenders and general labor. Starting pay is 21.55/hr. There is two shifts that work 4

• 10hr shift per week. Monday
• Thursday, occasional Friday. Monthly attendance $ bonus $ for 6 months and a $500 sign on bonus after the completion of 6 months. Small shop with 6 people per shift
