Part-time / On-call (with potential for more hours) Job Overview Fresh Start Junk Removal is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This role involves heavy lifting, cleaning, organizing, and assisting in sensitive environments such as hoarding situations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and compassionate when working with customers. Key Responsibilities Remove junk, furniture, and debris from residential and commercial properties Lift and carry heavy items safely (50-100+ lbs regularly) Clean and sanitize spaces after removal jobs Organize items when necessary (donation, keep, discard) Work in a variety of environments, including cluttered or unsanitary spaces Interact respectfully and professionally with customers Be available on short notice for on-call jobs Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Flexible schedule and willing to be on-call Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods Comfortable working in undesirable environments (dust, odors, clutter, etc.) Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing Compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, especially when working with hoarding situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license is required Preferred Qualifications Experience in moving, junk removal, cleaning, or general labor Customer service experience Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Tips and bonuses opportunities Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth as the company expands Why Work With Us At Fresh Start Junk Removal, we don't just haul junk—we help people reset their lives.
