Security Technician - Laborer

The Security Technician Laborer assists the Security Technician with installation preparations for security alarm wiring and equipment while helping to ensure work is in accordance with relevant codes for Integrated Security Solutions, INC. While ISS is based out of Kalispell, Montana, our organization operates on jobsites in all 50 states, four U.S. territories, and internationally based on awarded contracts. All travel related expenses are covered by ISS including vehicle expenses and transportation. Essential Duties

• Assist the Security Technician with assembling the backplane IAW with templates provided.
• Assist with printing and labeling wire termination points IAW templates provided.
• Assist with installing, maintaining, or repairing security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
• Assist with requesting orders for replacement parts.
• Loading and unloading job materials and tools
• Operate specific hand tools under the supervision of Security Technicians.
• Cleaning and preparing assembly area, which includes removing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring the area is safe for work.
• Keep an accurate count of material used per individual task.
• Spin and braid wire at specified length.
• Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
• Other duties as assigned. Required Skills

S security clearance upon hire. ISS will coordinate and cover expenses associate with obtaining a U.S. security clearance and applicant must be eligible to obtain US Common Access Card (CAC) for base access.

$21.00 per hour
