Irrigation Technician / Laborer

406 Sprinklers & Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Irrigation Technician / Laborer to join our team. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial sprinkler systems while providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial properties Perform routine sprinkler maintenance, system startups, winterizations, and repairs Troubleshoot irrigation system issues and recommend solutions Maintain positive relationships with clients and communicate clearly about schedules and services Manage and track inventory of irrigation parts and supplies Operate and maintain company equipment and tools Provide regular updates and reports to management on completed work and job progress Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Strong communication skills and professional interaction with clients Basic plumbing knowledge preferred Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Position Details Full-time position available Pay depends on experience, starting at $20+/hour Commission opportunities available after 90 days Company vehicle provided for work duties 406 Sprinklers & Services is looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused who takes pride in doing quality work. dedicated to excellence in landscape maintenance!
