General Laborer Job Summary:

This position supports a leading scientific company with hands-on general labor and assembly work. The primary focus is assisting with the assembly (tacking together) of laboratory refrigerator and freezer frames for a leading scientific company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and tack together refrigerator and freezer frames. Perform general labor duties in support of laboratory operations. Work at laboratory workstations, low-temperature freezers, and computer workstations. Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Frequent work in laboratory and cold-temperature environments Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 35 pounds Standing, bending, and manual handling as required.

Shift:

Full-Time Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30

PM Pay:

$20.50/hour with potential to earn more working overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Asheville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
