From grounds upkeep to assisting with essential services and responding to daily needs, your work will make a visible impact. Duties Performs basic grounds keeping tasks such as paper and debris removal and eliminating obstacles to allow free passage and assure adequate lighting; Escorts pest control and various vendors and contractors onsite. Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors. Scrubs and cleans toilets, mirrors, and washbasins. Clean glass and mirrors, kitchens, floors, countertops, tabletops, sinks, ranges and refrigerators. Empties trash receptacles in assigned areas. Ensures that the property site is kept clean of debris, including removal of bulk items off the property. Responds to work orders to move/install appliances and emergency service requests. Handles daily mail as requesting sending and picking up. Sets up rooms for meetings and events. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or GED and minimal experience in building and grounds maintenance. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Special Requirements To perform this job successfully, the employee may be required to report back to work, outside of normal business hours, to respond to emergency maintenance work. During emergency/call back rotation, all maintenance staff are required to be on-site within one (1) hour of receiving the emergency notification.
Valid State issued driver's license is required within six months of employment.
