This role is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing freight, preparing deliveries, and maintaining efficient warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. Responsibilities Load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks and trailers Organize shipments for storage, distribution, and delivery routes Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies Secure and stage freight for outgoing shipments Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as needed Maintain clean and organized loading dock and storage areas Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Support warehouse and logistics teams with daily operational tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, freight, or loading experience is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely and repeatedly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
Pay:
$21.70 - $22.40 per hour
