Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as DPW Worker. This full-time position (40 hr. work week) offers a variety of duties essential to maintaining and improving community infrastructure. The successful candidate will perform a range of maintenance tasks related to lawn maintenance, tree work, road repairs, storm basin upkeep, and snow removal.
Requirements:
CDL preferred or must require within 6 months of hire. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to safety standards. Willingness to work overtime during peak times (e.g., snow removal, some Saturday's, emergency call outs). Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
