This position supports the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants in a controlled greenhouse environment. The role involves hands-on plant care, facility sanitation, and general manual labor to support agricultural production. Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment and facilities. Employees will also load and unload agricultural products, ensure work areas remain clean and organized, and operate basic farming tools and machinery while following safety procedures. This position may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals. Responsibilities Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops Irrigate soil and apply fertilizers or pesticides as directed Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools Load, unload, and transport agricultural products Clean and maintain green houses and work areas Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications & Requirements Must Be at least 21 years of age Must work weekends Must have open availability in his/her schedule Experience in horticulture, agriculture, greenhouse operations, or regulated cannabis cultivation. Familiarity with plant care techniques and environmental controls is a plus. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work in a greenhouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. This position is performed primarily in a greenhouse setting, which may include exposure to elevated temperatures, humidity, and agricultural materials.
