Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading boxes, pallets, and heavy items using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts when certified Support route driving by helping to organize deliveries and ensure timely arrivals at customer locations Load trucks safely and securely to prevent damage during transit Help with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, stacking pallets, and preparing shipments for delivery Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely with customers during deliveries and pickups Maintain safety standards by following proper lifting procedures and adhering to traffic laws during route driving Collaborate closely with drivers to ensure accurate delivery documentation and load management Requirements Prior experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving or courier experience is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift Familiarity with box trucks, manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is advantageous Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with team members and customers Reliable transportation to start shifts on time at designated locations Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during load & unload activities and route driving This role offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
