Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance and painting. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Wall repair including mudding and sanding. Painting walls and trim. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Install smoke/carbon detectors. Appliance installation. Ceiling light installation. Troubleshoot any maintenance issues. Requirements Previous maintenance and painting experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively while following instructions accurately. Ability to work on a time line. Reliable transportation.
