Driver Helper

Minutemen staffing is Currently looking for a Driver Helper in the Worthington Area.

MONDAY-FRIDAY

8am-430pm.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE. A

Driver Helper assists delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customers safely and efficiently. This role is common in delivery, moving, warehouse, furniture, beverage, and logistics companies. Key Responsibilities Help load and unload trucks or delivery vehicles Assist the driver with deliveries and pickups Carry packages, furniture, appliances, or other products to customer locations Organize items in the truck for efficient delivery routes Verify delivery information and customer orders Provide good customer service during deliveries Follow safety procedures while lifting and transporting items Keep delivery areas and vehicles clean and organized Assist with navigation and route coordination if needed Required Skills Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50-100 lbs) Good teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and reliability Time management and attention to detail Basic customer service skills Ability to work in different weather conditions Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Work Environment Fast-paced delivery or warehouse environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying May involve early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime #MMSOH Minutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
