Your Role and Responsibilities As a member of our Sealcoat Team, you will: Apply a protective, paint-like sealant to driveways, enhancing and preserving their appearance. Use equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, push brooms, and other hand tools to prepare and complete each project. Ensure clean and tidy job sites by clearing debris and maintaining a safe workspace. Take on additional tasks as directed by your supervisor or foreman. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are: Reliable and punctual—ready to tackle each day with enthusiasm. Comfortable working outdoors and capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to getting the job done right. Strong communicators, able to work both independently and as part of a team. Holders of a valid driver's license (required).
