Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Laborer and be a vital part of the production process! In this energetic role, you will support daily operations within a fast-paced factory environment, assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment setup. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will help ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise while contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Duties Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products throughout the facility Assist with assembly line tasks, including handling components and assembling parts using hand tools and power tools Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and organizing inventory items Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities, including the use of personal protective equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly or warehouse settings Ability to operate forklifts and power tools safely; forklift certification is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools required Strong physical stamina; able to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Reliable work ethic with excellent attention to detail Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive success!
