HVAC Laborer

We're hiring hard workers to change commercial air filters at hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and other commercial sites. It's physically demanding, labor-intensive, and often dirty work — filters are heavy, mechanical rooms get messy, and you're on your feet all day. No sales, no cold calls, just steady work for people who take pride in showing up and getting after it. Experienced commercial HVAC techs are welcome. Residential techs looking to move into commercial are too.

Early starts required:

Because we service active hospitals and pharma facilities, most work happens before these spaces are in use. Expect 5:00-6:00 AM starts, occasionally earlier. On warehouse days (see below), start time is 7:30-8:00 AM. If early starts are a dealbreaker, this isn't the role. What you'll do

• Remove dirty filters, install new ones, and clean air handler units
• Load spent filters into the truck for disposal back at our facility
• Represent us professionally on-site — healthcare settings require courtesy and awareness of your surroundings
• Basic paperwork and service reports
• General warehouse work at our office on days with no scheduled jobs What we're looking for

• Comfortable with physical, dirty work (lifting, bending, ladders)
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Professional in customer-facing environments, especially healthcare
• 5+ years general labor (required); 3-5 years HVAC (preferred) What we provide

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Our insurance will not permit you to drive company vehicles otherwise.
• Reliable personal transportation to our office, which serves as home base.
• Willing and able to start as early as 5:00-6:00 AM.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, with random drug testing throughout employment.

Because we work on-site at hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities, we're required to maintain a workforce that is not under the influence of any substance that could interfere with work or safety.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
