Job Description
Job Summary We are currently seeking dependable General Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves a variety of outdoor labor tasks including landscaping, site preparation, trenching, and maintenance of commercial properties. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. Duties Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance services Mow and maintain commercial properties and business locations Dig trenches and assist with site preparation projects Support above-ground coal mining preparation activities Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements Requirements Prior experience in general labor or manual work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment Valid Driver License Apply today to join a company that values hard work, safety, and dependable employees.
