Job Summary Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support operations. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned. Perform general manual labor, including: Lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles. Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks. Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities . What We're Looking For Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful—but not required. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, standing, and sorting for extended periods. Willing to work in outdoor or warehouse environments and wear provided PPE.
