Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various systems and facilities Assist with repairs in electrical (high and low voltage) and HVAC systems Assist with basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Patch and paint sheetrock walls Assist in maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the property Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Payrate:

$18+ (based on experience)

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of experience in General facility maintenance

Skills & Abilities:

Basic familiarity with electrical systems (high and/or low voltage) Basic HVAC repair knowledge Sheetrock/drywall patching and interior painting Basic plumbing skills

Preferred Traits:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Job Summary:

As a General Laborer you will be supporting our maintenance and facilities team. Working on general tasks including but not limited to electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, drywall repair, and general troubleshooting.
