The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with various tasks related to assembly, fabrication, and warehouse operations. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for mechanical processes. Duties Assist in the assembly line operations by assembling components and products according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Support fabrication processes by preparing materials and ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes in a factory setting. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. It is ok to not have experience as long as you are honest about it and have the want to learn. We do everything from small little bearing jobs or wiring jobs to complete overhauls on trailers. This is not a clean job. We build brand new lowboys, boat trailers and goosenecks. Our main job is repairing boat trailers, lowboys, goosenecks, car haulers box trailers and the occasional semi-trailer. The goal for every employee is to eventually become a technician over time. We work 8am-5pm and get a 1-hour lunch daily. We do work last minute overtime as well. Anything over 40hours is overtime pay. Must have a valid Driver's License and Social security card. Everyone is expected to clean up their messes and sometimes help clean up others. examples of jobs but not limited to: bearing jobs lights boards and carpet decks cutting out material measuring disassembling tire swap brakes coupler replacements
