Landscape Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installations, bed clean‑ups, mulching, planting, and general labor tasks Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Operations Managers Support sod installation, grading, and other enhancement projects Perform routine equipment and tool care Represent the company with professionalism on every job site Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the shop Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Previous landscape or construction experience Join us in shaping vibrant outdoor spaces!
