Competitive wages Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment Group 401K with company matching component Employee Stock Purchase Plan Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career Generous paid time off, company paid Responsibilities Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks in a safe and efficient manner Perform tank transfer operations following site procedures and safety protocols Load water trucks and support daily plant operations as needed Assist with feed preparation activities and processing of flow bins in roll-off operations Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, extended boom forklifts, and loaders Inspect equipment prior to use and report any mechanical or safety concerns Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures Communicate effectively with operations personnel and supervisors to support workflow efficiency Complete additional general labor and operational support tasks as assigned Qualifications What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? HS Diploma or equivalent Chemical and Hazardous Waste experience preferred 6+ months forklift experience preferred Mechanically inclined is a plus! Able to follow direction and take initiative Must work well in a team Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat & cold) Must be comfortable wearing proper PPEs Must be fitted for a respirator and clean shaven Must be able to lift to 50lbs, climb ladders, stoop, bend, shovel, sweep and stand for long periods Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
