Full Job Description Job Title:
Entry-Level Landscaping Laborer Position Summary We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Entry-Level Landscaping Laborer to join our team. This position assists with the installation, maintenance, and improvement of residential and commercial landscapes. No prior landscaping experience is required; we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work outdoors. Key Responsibilities Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation. Assist with mulching, weeding, pruning, and general landscape maintenance. Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and maintain work sites and equipment. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to complete landscaping projects efficiently and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications No previous landscaping experience required. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team. Valid driver's license is a plus but not required. Working Conditions Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and kneeling. Use of landscaping equipment and hand tools. Schedule Full-time / Part-time Pay $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
