General Summary Project based work as needed Principal Duties and Accountabilities (Essential Functions) Cleans and maintains grounds using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment as directed. Picks up trash on grounds and assists with plant beautification projects. Regularly uses a shovel, broom to clean various parts of the plant. Performs Labor functions in and around plant. Paints structures. Assists with quality samples. Performs other project work as needed.

• Ability to perform tasks on rough uneven surfaces and terrain
• Ability to work at heights, in cramped places and around moving objects

• Capable of speaking, sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, climbing ladder and stairs, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping for periods extending to twelve (12) hours per shift.
