Lewisville, TX 75057 Job Requirements Helpers must be able to perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. This position assists with a variety of manual labor duties as needed. Responsibilities include picking up trash bins along a designated route and dumping them into trash trucks. The role requires considerable physical exertion, such as frequent climbing on and off trucks, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis, and working in awkward positions for extended periods. Workers will be frequently exposed to extreme air pollution levels, various substances, and hot and cold weather conditions. Work may also be performed at a landfill, including picking up trash. Steel-toe boots are required. Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to exercise sound judgment around hazardous materials and heavy equipment Strong multitasking skills, coordinating mental, manual, and visual activities Dependable attendance and consistent availability Ability to work in extreme climate conditions (rain, heat, cold, ice, snow) Must be at least 18 years of age Background-friendly (no violent felonies) Pay & Schedule
