Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract Job Overview ERNA Sands LLC is currently hiring two Floor Hands for our bagging operation in Mason, TX. This role is hands-on and primarily focused on bagging materials, with opportunities to assist in other areas such as equipment operation and light welding. We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who can handle physical work and take pride in doing the job right. Schedule & Employment Options We offer flexible employment structures:

Full-Time:

40 hours per week Eligible for dental and vision benefits after 60 days One hour paid lunch as operations allow

Part-Time:

Minimum 24 hours per week No benefits No paid lunch

Contract Work:

Available depending on experience and availability Pay Compensation varies based on experience Responsibilities Bagging and handling sand and related materials Loading and stacking 50 lb bags Assisting with general plant operations Supporting tasks such as: Basic welding (if experienced) Operating heavy equipment (if experienced) Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Requirements Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Must have reliable transportation Must pass a background check and drug screen References are a plus Experience with welding or heavy equipment is a plus (not required) What We're Looking For Dependable and shows up ready to work Can work independently and as part of a small team Takes direction well and adapts to changing tasks Strong work ethic — this is physical, hands-on work
