Position Summary:

Labormax Staffing is seeking a reliable Wash Rack Associate to join a heavy equipment rental company in Orange, TX. This role involves cleaning, maintaining, and preparing heavy equipment for rental, ensuring all vehicles meet company safety and appearance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and clean heavy equipment, ensuring vehicles are rental-ready Inspect equipment for damage or maintenance needs Maintain a clean and organized wash rack area Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Report any equipment issues to supervisors promptly Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must wear steel-toe boots and a reflective safety vest Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable performing physical labor in outdoor conditions Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Capable of handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
