Job Description

Work Days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 6AM-3PM We are looking for part-time, entry-level Winery & Vineyard Workers to assist with basic tasks in both the vineyard and the winery. No experience is required—just a willingness to work, follow instructions, and enjoy the process! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about wine production while doing straightforward, hands-on work in a beautiful setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
In the
Vineyard:
Basic vine care like removing leaves or extra shoots (nothing too complicated, we promise!). Picking grapes during harvest season—grab some clippers and go! General cleanup, like removing debris, weeding, or tidying up vineyard rows. Helping with simple tasks like moving tools or assisting more experienced workers. In the
Winery:
Cleaning things—lots of cleaning. We need tanks, barrels, and floors spotless! Helping move wine from one container to another (with supervision). Stacking boxes, carrying light materials, and assisting with bottling. Doing whatever odd jobs need to be done—because winemaking has a lot of random tasks!
What We're Looking For:
No experience needed! Just a good attitude and willingness to work. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in the vineyard and indoors in the winery. Physically able to do some lifting (up to 30-40 lbs) and stand for long periods. Dependable and willing to show up on time. What to
Expect:
Casual, friendly work environment—no wine expertise required. Flexible hours, with more work available during harvest season. Opportunity to learn about winemaking, but without the stress of technical stuff. Fresh air, good company, and maybe a little grape juice on your clothes.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
From $13.50 per hour
Benefits:
Employee discount
Work Location:
In person
