About Us The C.D. Hartnett Company, a family-owned business, was incorporated in Texas in 1904. A full-line grocery distributor, serving the convenience store and foodservice industries. The Corporate Office is located at 302 North Main Street, Weatherford, Texas, while the 100,000 square foot C-Store Distribution Center is located at 1002 East Columbia Street, Weatherford, Texas. The Foodservice Distribution Center is 112,000 square feet and is located at 4151 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas. The C.D. Hartnett Company functions as a major distribution link in bringing food and related products to convenience stores and institutional trade throughout Texas. Our items include dry groceries, produce, dairy products, frozen foods, candy, tobacco, cigarettes, paper goods, and equipment. Our distribution centers receive bulk shipments from major manufacturers and redistribute these goods, via our own truck fleet, to our customers. Job Description This position is responsible for assisting the Driver in every aspect of product delivery to convenience stores in an efficient and safe manner by following all company procedures and practices. A teammate in this position must have the ability to: Unload product at customer locations. Using dolly, going down ramp. Properly use delivery equipment such as ramps, load locks, straps, and hand trucks. Responsible for the security of the truck while driver is in the store checking in product. Act as a spotter for the driver when parking at customers locations. Able to dispatch from Weatherford Distribution Center between midnight and 3 am Available to spend 1 - 3 nights per week on road (Company paid hotel room)
