Property Maintenance & Construction We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our property maintenance and construction company. If you enjoy physical work, operating equipment, working outdoors, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Duties:

General property maintenance and repairs Landscaping, cleanup, and debris removal Loading, unloading, and transporting materials Assisting construction crews and skilled tradesmen Demolition, painting, and basic carpentry Operating tools and equipment safely Maintaining clean and organized job sites

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation Experience pulling and backing trailers required Construction, maintenance, landscaping, or labor experience preferred Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Dependable attendance and punctuality
