This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to start their career with our company and learn how the mining industry operates. The Helper supports daily operations by assisting with organization, cleaning, material handling, and general tasks throughout the shop, Pit and office. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading shipments Driving for parts Assist with general shop duties, including:

• Organizing tools, parts, and shelves
• Keeping work areas clean and orderly Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement of goods for easy access and safety compliance Follow OSHA safety standards and mechanical knowledge protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Assist supervisors with daily tasks related to materials handling, inventory management systems Collecting garbage and debris Checking for impurities (materials that do not belong in a specific pile) Help maintain the outdoor lot by keeping it clean and organized Perform light manual and hand work as needed Follow all safety rules and company procedures Assist other team members with tasks as needed Qualifications No prior experience required•training will be provided Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Dependable and punctual Basic understanding of safety practices is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry moderate weights Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Schedule Full-time Monday•Friday Saturday, as needed Possible overtime depending on workload What We Offer Entry-level opportunity with room for growth On-the-job training Supportive team environment Stable work schedule
