This position plays a critical role in supporting vessel movement, travel lift operations, boat blocking, bottom painting, and general yard maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced marine environment. Duties Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats throughout the yard and marina Support travel lift operations by handling lines, positioning stands, and communicating with operators Block and secure vessels safely on jack stands and cribbing Prepare boats for bottom paint and complete bottom painting projects Sand, prep, wash, and clean vessel bottoms and hulls Assist technicians and service staff with general labor tasks Operate forklifts, hydraulic trailers, pressure washers, and yard equipment (training provided as needed) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, docks, and work areas Perform shrink wrap removal and seasonal commissioning/decommissioning support Transport equipment, parts, and materials throughout the facility Follow all OSHA and marina safety procedures Assist with storm preparation and yard organization during severe weather events Experience Previous marine, construction, landscaping, or labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and performing physical labor Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Boating experience is helpful but not required This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced marine environment while contributing to the safety and quality of our fleet.

Pay:
