Delivery Driver/Helper

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver/Helper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, installing and assembling appliances, furniture and a variety of big and bulky items. You will be responsible for safely operating a 26ft Straight Box Truck. You will assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring timely route execution, and maintaining a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft Straight Box Truck Load and unload cargo using Handtrucks. Verify delivery orders, ensure accuracy of shipments, and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance Experience Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely on a daily basis Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse operations is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and warehouse environments Join us in delivering excellence!
