Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Driver Helper and be an essential part of delivering exceptional service! In this energetic role, you'll assist our professional drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering goods to various locations. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help ensure timely deliveries and satisfied customers. Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages, ensuring proper handling of goods including heavy lifting and moving items safely. Support route driving by helping to organize cargo and navigate delivery routes efficiently. Load and unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary, following safety protocols. Help with the manual transportation of goods from the vehicle to customer locations or storage areas. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups. Collaborate closely with drivers to ensure accurate delivery documentation and proper load securing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Prior experience in customer service, warehouse work, or delivery roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks repeatedly throughout the shift. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience or a driver certification preferred. Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and courier services is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer interactions.
