Ground Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic team at Clear View Tree Care as a Ground Laborer. In this role, you will perform vital groundwork tasks on jobsites. Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment efficiently on-site Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Support skilled tree cutters with tasks assisting with equipment setup Communicate effectively with team members Experience Prior experience in tree service, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of safety procedures related to tree service sites Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as key attributes Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment We value safety, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Pay:

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
