Job Description:

Do you enjoy working outdoors while making a difference in the lives of others? We have several openings for groundkeepers/General Laborers at our Catholic Cemeteries. The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks for cemetery and grounds operations. For example, preparing a plot for a committal or setting and installing a memorial at a property site. The General Laborer performs other general maintenance duties following work processes, priorities, and direction provided by the Foreman. The General Laborer will demonstrate by example, Archdiocese' Core Values- the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen-in all their dealings with families, staff, and internal/external contacts. The General Laborer interacts collaboratively to support Family Service Advisors, Family Service Coordinators, Memorialization Coordinators, and other staff as needed.
