• Stillwater, MN / Western WI North Woods Industries (NWI) is a fast-growing tree care and landscape company looking for a Class A Driver focused on material hauling and logistics .

This is a key operations role — your job is to keep crews moving by delivering materials, equipment, and support to job sites throughout the day. This is not a sit-and-wait driving job — you'll be running routes, staying busy, and playing a direct role in how efficient our crews are. What You'll Do (

Primary Focus:

Driving & Hauling) Haul materials (mulch, rock, soil, equipment) to and from job sites all day Operate Class A truck + trailer safely and efficiently Load, secure, and unload materials Run scheduled routes between shop and multiple job sites Coordinate with office and crews to keep deliveries on time Keep truck, trailer, and equipment organized and maintained Secondary (When Needed) Jump in to help crews briefly if you're between runs (This is not your primary job — driving comes first) What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL (required) Clean driving record Reliable and highly organized Able to manage time and routes efficiently Self-motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged Experience hauling materials or equipment preferred What We Offer Competitive pay depending on experience Overtime opportunities 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off + paid holidays Bonus opportunities A fast-growing company with real opportunity to grow Why This Role Matters Our crews rely on you.
