Immediate openings with fast starts No interview required Stable first shift schedule Opportunity for long-term employment Growing company with advancement opportunities Modern manufacturing environment Job Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment to package chemical tablets into containers, bags, and boxes Weigh, count, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Accurately label products with batch information and product details Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Complete production and packaging documentation accurately Report equipment concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors Assist team members in meeting daily production goals Handle and store materials according to company safety standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift Work Environment Manufacturing and packaging environment Dusty work conditions Exposure to chemical products with appropriate safety precautions in place Repetitive movement, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day PPE required as designated by the company Hiring Requirements Must pass E-Verify requirements Reliable transportation required between Ixonia and Oconomowoc facilities
