Yard Laborer - Garden Center

We are currently searching for an individual who is able to follow direction, is energetic and loves the outdoors. We have daily labor including moving trees and large shrubs, watering trees, and general nursery maintenance. We are a beautiful, busy, and fast paced nursery selling to walk in retail customers. Our team is friendly, hardworking, fun loving, and always SMILES! Bring your outgoing personality and positive attitude and join us. SKILLS Ability to carry up to 20-30 pounds multiple times during a work day Ability to operate machinery Past nursery experience a plus but not required Ability to use a computer Interest in working outdoors and with plants Ability to work long hours on your feet Ambitious, hard-working, high energy, while always smiling Ability to primarily work outdoors Pride in your work and with a positive attitude

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to follow directions Able to adapt to a wide variety of duties Willing to learn plant varieties and uses as well as new skills as needed Communicate well with others Always maintain a clean and professional appearance May be required to work varying hours including weekends Occasional overtime may be available
