Shop Laborer Full Time

Shop Laborer - Full Time We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily shop operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing assets for shipment and customer use. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Clean, prep, and paint company assets and equipment Identify and organize inventory and shop assets Conduct routine inventory counts and inventory verification Maintain a clean and organized shop and yard environment Assist with general shop duties as required Qualifications Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an active shop environment Forklift experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify and track inventory accurately Dependable work ethic and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be capable of physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package available Opportunity for advancement within the company If you are dependable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
