Logistics Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities for a growing operation. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone with hands-on logistics experience who enjoys keeping materials organized, records accurate, and shipments moving on schedule. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating product flow, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records by tracking stock movement, verifying counts, and reporting discrepancies for follow-up.
• Prepare shipping documentation and confirm that orders are labeled, packed, and routed correctly.
• Assist with receiving deliveries by inspecting items, matching them to purchase or shipping records, and updating inventory status.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth material handling and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor storage areas to help keep products organized, accessible, and aligned with safety expectations.
• Communicate shipment status, inventory issues, and delivery concerns to internal teams as needed.
