Job Description

Shape the Plan. Drive the Results. Based in Jonesboro, AR, you will orchestrate the production plan that keeps commitments on time and operations running smoothly. If you thrive on data, collaboration, and turning complexity into clarity, this role is for you. Impact You'll Make Translate customer demand and inventory targets into executable production schedules. Align production, procurement, and logistics around a single, realistic plan. Course-correct quickly as demand shifts or capacity constraints emerge. Elevate schedule performance through trend analysis and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and publish production schedules and related reports. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to confirm materials, labor, and equipment availability. Monitor shop-floor progress; re-prioritize work orders to meet customer needs. Analyze KPIs and historical data to improve schedule adherence and throughput. Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recovery plans to all stakeholders. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions. Participate in CI initiatives focused on planning and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience in manufacturing scheduling or production planning. Strong analytical capability with a data-first mindset. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Detail orientation, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Comfort in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
