Job Description
Overview Nito Tech is a fast-growing supply chain and sourcing company operating in a high-impact, execution-driven environment. We manage complex supply chains with the scale and intensity of global operations, while maintaining the agility, ownership, and speed of a focused team. We are hiring Supply Chain Planners , based in different U.S. locations (e.g., Arizona and Portland). While geographically distributed, you will work as part of a highly collaborative team, partnering closely with operations, engineering, and suppliers to ensure continuity and performance across critical supply chains. This role is ideal for individuals who want to take on real responsibility early , work on meaningful operational challenges, and develop into strong supply chain professionals through hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities Translate business and operational requirements into clear demand plans Build, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts and accuracy Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities Proactively identify supply chain risks and drive mitigation actions Manage supplier follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution Support sourcing decisions during shortages and supply constraints Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and project teams Own preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly supply chain reports , including: Risks and mitigation plans Cost-saving opportunities Quality and supplier performance issues Inventory health (including slow-moving or dormant stock) Maintain and ensure accuracy of ERP data (item setup and updates) Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Take ownership of planning activities and drive execution end-to-end Candidate Profile We are looking for high-potential, driven individuals who want to build strong capabilities in supply chain planning within a demanding and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Clear and confident communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems Comfortable operating under pressure and adapting to change Commercial awareness and understanding of cost and supplier impact Curiosity and motivation to learn quickly and take on responsibility Requirements 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics (internships included) Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Advantage with experience with ERP systems Valid driver's license Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with data analysis and reporting Exposure to forecasting, inventory management, or supplier coordination Internship or project-based experience in operations or analytics Interest in supply chain optimization and operational efficiency Salary & Benefits Insight Competitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks Direct exposure to complex, high-value supply chain operations Mentorship and close collaboration with experienced professionals Opportunity to build highly transferable, in-demand skills Growth Opportunities This role offers a strong foundation for developing into a high-performing supply chain professional.
