100% Onsite Position Summary The Site Integrated Planner plays a critical role in aligning finished goods production, material availability, and distribution requirements with customer demand and inventory objectives. This position combines responsibilities across Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) to ensure operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and high service levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning environments, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning Develop and maintain detailed SKU-level production plans across a rolling 13-week planning horizon Balance customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and production capacity Identify production capacity constraints and adjust schedules accordingly Integrate new product introductions into production planning activities Maintain accurate production planning parameters including: Lot sizes Yields Safety stock Routing data Utilize ERP systems and scenario-planning tools to optimize production schedules Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, planning, and finance teams to align planning assumptions and operational priorities 2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Create and maintain material requirement schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory positions Generate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders to support uninterrupted production Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks while coordinating mitigation plans with procurement and suppliers Maintain accurate material planning master data including: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) Lead times Safety stock levels Bill of Materials (BOM) Align short- and mid-term supply plans with procurement strategies Support material supply network improvement initiatives 3. Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Develop and maintain distribution replenishment plans for warehouses and downstream distribution channels Balance inventory across the network to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and logistics costs Create, release, and track stock transfer orders (STOs) Monitor in-transit and on-hand inventory levels across distribution locations Coordinate shipment execution with warehousing and transportation teams Utilize ERP and planning tools to manage inventory flow and replenishment execution 4. Analysis & Reporting Analyze short-term supply plans to identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and planning gaps Monitor and report key planning and operational KPIs including: Material Availability Backorder Risks Capacity Utilization Inventory Levels OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Ship-to-Commit performance Conduct root cause analysis for recurring planning and execution issues Develop and support corrective action plans for continuous operational improvement 5. Systems & Process Improvement Maintain and improve production and material planning systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on: Utilization improvement Waste reduction Service optimization Support automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with integrated planning standards 6. Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with: Integrated Planning Teams Procurement Manufacturing Logistics Customer Service Finance Communicate schedule and planning changes clearly across functional teams Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes by aligning operational plans with strategic business objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in: Production Planning Material Planning Logistics Planning Supply Chain Operations Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools strongly preferred Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with: Capacity planning Scenario analysis Inventory management Supply planning systems Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset Continuous improvement orientation and process-driven approach
