This is a long-term Onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. Regular Shift, Tuesdays-Saturdays 40 hours a weekQualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) 2+ years' experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills Job Responsibilities Ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. Locates and expedites critical materials Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy; adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follows-up to ensure commitments are met Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules Provide input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.Master Scheduler:
Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
